funding to purchase land for affordable housing for residents. PCIA is also spearheading economic development opportunities
that will provide jobs for residents of the Pittsburgh Community.

Code Enforcement
Community policing activities, neighborhood watch and
community safety programs in the neighborhood that teaches residents how to be proactive when it comes to crime in their neighborhood.
Additionally, the community safety department will work to transform vacant lots and other open space into neighborhood assets.
Engage neighborhood residents in an ongoing process of
carrying out a common vision of a diverse and stable neighborhood. Creating community led projects that provide a safe and
beautiful community, strengthen families, foster a healthy local economy and provide for increase understanding among neighborhood
residents.
PCIA
will support youth in leadership development and enrichment programs that will promote education, community service, pride
and healthy family relationships.
